Training and Implementation

Using ODoffice is simple and straight-forward, and to make sure that you get a good grasp of using the system, we will teach you how to tailor it to fit your taste.


With ODoffice training, you learn at your own pace. We provide step-by-step documentation with fundamentals for beginners and tips and shortcuts for experienced users. In addition, we provide online help and courses covering the whole system or specific topics.


We will work with you to identify possible barriers to the workflow. We talk to the key individuals involved, we identify the technical requirements for the conversions and hardware that may be needed, then we work with you to come up with a plan that includes hardware placement, cable and internet access, and a time-line for training and implementation.


ODoffice will provide training, support, and troubleshooting services from the installation to the launch of your new system. We will also provide training programs for any new features as soon as they are deployed.


We provide you with training options. We conduct seminars both online and at regional locations. You can also opt for the "train-the-trainer" system wherein we train one of your people who, in turn, will train staff and colleagues. We also have a user forum where you can post questions and join discussions with other ODoffice users.
